Rumors about DD's next project

I found this while websurfing. Don't know how accurate it is. However, if true, it does seem to indicate DD has put the possibility of another XF movie on hold.

Is David Duchovny Moving Parallel?

We received the following, unconfirmed scoop from 'Baron Von Snoofles', who claims to have word on David Duchovny's next project:

I work in the entertainment industry and have come across some interesting news that should have X-Files/David Duchovny fans twittering with excitement.

Although I can't add anything to the X-Files 2 rumor mill, I can provide the following...

David Duchovny is wrapping filming on "Trust the Man" in NYC with Julianne Moore and Billy Crudup. His directorial debut "House of D" with Robin Williams will be in theaters this spring.

Sources say one of the next projects Duchovny will be tackling is a film called "Parallel". Though I don't know much about the project I do know that it is about parallel universes and it is by a first time writer/director (I don't have his name in front of me). The source I spoke to who has read the script says it is phenomenal. Though it's about parallel universes it is not a futuristic sci-fi film. Apparantly, it takes place in the present and is closer to magic realism.

The only other information I have is that it is being produced by a woman named Melanie Greene. I looked her up on IMDb and it says she also produced "Playing God," "Return to Me," and "House of D".
