My reply,
But isn't god all powerful. Now you are telling me there are things he
can't do. Now which is it? Is he all powerful or is he limited?

What he said will come
> about....

My reply,
First you have not even proven he exists to start with. Second, what he
said where, when and how? Stop making assertions without evidence. I
have heard no divine being say anything yet you talk about what "he said."

Why would he want to make a rock big enough so He would not be able
> to lift.

My reply,
Who cares whether or not he would want to do it. That is irrelevant and
immaterial. The point is that he could not even if he wanted to, and
that proves he is limited. Whether or not he is so motivated is of no
concern to me.

That would be stupid... It would serve no purpose...

My reply,
Your opinions and characterizations of such an act mean nothing; I just
told you they are immaterial. The point is that he can't and that's
what matters.

There has to be
> order . not disorder.

My reply,
Now what's that have to do with the issue? God trying to create a rock
too heavy for him to lift creates disorder?

If the law of gravity was to cease its

My reply,
Same question. You are just rambling off onto a tangent. Did I say
anything about gravity? I asked for god to perform some acts and you
drift into that which tickles your funnybone.

>You seem angry, and that is okay

My reply,
Why would I be angry. I do feel sorrow and pity, however, for those
who would actually take all this biblical/religious nonsense seriously.

> Perhaps you feel I am treading on your unchangable precepts..

My reply,
Name one of my unchangeable precepts. You don't seem to realize that
it is religionists and biblicists who deal in absolutes, eternal truths,
and unchangeable precepts not those having a rational, scientific
philosophy of life. Religionists refer to them as dogma. Rational
minds don't deal in dogma.

Heaven forbid

My reply,
Whatever you prefer, although you are not bothering me at all. You
are generating pity, sorrow, empathy, and compassion but not irritation.
I am used to your type of letters having received hundreds over the years.

have a good day,

Dennis
