I have a problem with my video display adapter and I cannot change even to 256 colors (it stays at 16 colors). I have a 5-year old computer, and the computer supplier did not include the cd for the drivers except for the modem and screen. They are bankrupt as well. In the hardware setup, it shows Matrox MGA Ultima Impression PCI (no driver). I chose it from Windows 98, but it says (for even the standard drivers listed) that it is not compatible. I chose the standard Super VGA. Regular VGA gave me no option at all. Anyway, no matter how many times I tried to uninstall and re-install drivers, I still have no other ability than to choose 16 colors. Is there a driver, a web site, or tip on getting the right driver and being able to use true color (32-bit)? Please let me know. Thanks.

I recently purchased a used IBM 300GL, 20GB, 256MB, 700MHZ, MODEL 6563. It seems that it was possibly used in an office where sounds were not allowed or something like that. The computer does not have sound, no internal speaker, audio card or anything. My question is this---can I add sound to it in some manner. I am an Electrical Engineer with much hands on experience and can trace circuits, solder, etc. HELP?

What is the reason for the erratic behavior while I am browsing using the Internet Explorer (latest). It just changes to the previous page, sometimes even to the pre-previous page, without me clicking anything - as if it had a mind of its own! Then I have to always use the FORWARD button to get to the page where I was! What kind of an issue could that be?

Harbor City, California is the home of a business named Computers N.L.A. Since 9/11, Computers N.L.A. has been waging an online hate campaign against Arabs and Muslims. Specifically, under the guise of their project named KOBE ( http://www.kobehq.com ), they have called upon Americans to murder Arabs and Muslims, called for the construction of concentration camps, posted hate statements against Mexicans, Latinos, and Koreans, and have waged death threat campaigns against Americans opposed to the Bush Administration.

Computers N.L.A. has attempted to hide its complicity with these activities my means of using fraudulant Internet domain registrations. Nevertheless, these activities have been traced to the IP addresses of Computers N.L.A. When the owner of Computers N.L.A. was informed of the criminal activity hosted on their server (without a fee), he refused to remove the project. It was only when he was exposed for his hate activities that he had the hate website moved to a server connected to the Internet through a DSL connection. As far as we can tell, the project is still run out of his office.

Computers N.L.A. has used many of its employees to engage in this hate campaign. The hate campaign has used identity theft to target opponents of the Bush Administration.

Please refuse to do business with Computers N.L.A. If you know anyone living in the Harbor City, San Pedro, Palos Verdes, Rolling Hill Estates, or Redondo Beach areas, please forward this posting to them.

just bought an Abit kr7a raid board and XP 1700 chip.
