You would take polish off
file nails
cuticle softener
water bath
brush cuticles with Creme de Vuee and brush
push back cuticles
dry, nip and buff
paraffin dip (I use the Moisture Perfect day or night cream)
massage
cleanse nails with Creme de Vuee again
I do use OPI bond aid to make sure the nail is clean and the ph is correct
polish
Make sure the nails are really clean, otherwise the polish will slide off.
I will post later how I do it in the salon with an almost waterless tecnique.
