Take off polish.
File nails to desired length.
Massage hands and arms.
Massage Cuticle Softener into nails.
Soak fingers in water for just a few seconds and push back
cuticles.
Apply a small amount of Creme de Vuee to brush and brush nail beds and cuticles with brush.
Rinse and dry nails and fingers.
Buff free edge and nail beds.
Apply Mousse to fingers.
Dip into paraffin and wrap in plastic and terry cloth mittens or heated mittens.
Remove paraffin and cleanse nail plates with a bit of water and Creme de Vuee. Dry nails and apply OPI Bondaid.
Polish.

If anyone has a better suggestion, sure would like to hear it.
