The Calcium + does not go "into" the nail. It is great for weak nails and can be used a polish extender.
There are two ways you can use it.
For weak nails polish sequence:
Base
Premiere
Calcium+
Color (2 coats)
Top

For a polish extender
Base
Premiere
Color (2 coats)
Calcium+
Top coat

Calcium+ drys very slowly. If doing procedure as a polish extender, do not put top coat on for at least 10 minutes. It will bubble. Preferrably, put your top coat on the next day after all coats have dried.

If the nails are weak, I would recommend using a nail strengthener such as Endure. Rememeber weak nails bend, polish doesn't.
I have had clients who have such soft nails that their polish chips in 2 days. These people need Endure immediately and for several weeks. As time goes on the polish will hold.
Dry nails DO NOT need nail strengtheners. They need Mousse to put the moisture into the nail, cuticle and surrounding tissue.

I feel everyone needs cuticle Mousse. It is great and especially if you are using any kind of nail strengthener, you absolutely need to be using Mousse. Nail strengtheners work by pulling moisuture out of the nail. Once too much moisture is pulled out, the nail will be dry, brittle and break. That is why in the beginning everyone will love a strengthener and then in about 10-12 weeks their nails start to break and they are as bad as before they started using it. I see this all the time. That is why I loved the Amera system. They taught education about nails and they give you a system, not just a bottle of polish that is suppose to fix it all.
