Subject: yellow nails

Hello, I always wear polish on my nails, usually lighter colours but sometimes get into the deeper colours. My nails are yellowing and I do use a very good base coat and still find my nails yellowing. People don't think they are yellow but I see the difference and usually in the thumb nails and the two fingers. Does wearing lighter polish help to diminish the yellowing of the nails or is there something in the polish that makes them yellow? My sister wears polish all the time and has gorgeous nails and wears dark polishes mostly. Her nails are considerably yellower than mine are. Any info would be greatly appreciated and If you could email me I would appreciate it.
Anna
