You will need moisture and the Cuticle Mousse would be great. Nails break at the stress area (where the white starts) because they are dry and do not bend. Nails need to bend a bit so they do not break. When they are so strong or dry they do not bend, this is not good and they will break instead. Imagine a popscicle stick and what it looks like when it breaks. That would be what your nail would look like. The rejuvenating nail polish is for dry nails,but I would use it while using the Amera's Cuticle Mousse.
