I just received Air Power 2. I went back to the platform and saved the game. I went forward and jumped the lava; fought my way up the hill around to the left; passed a metal bridge on my right up to the Carrier Birds. There is a statue on my left with a platform at the bottom. I droped down to the platform and tried several times to fly to the other side with no luck. That is a large gap to try and fly over! I thought that the valve to the volcano was over there. I have got to be doing something wrong. Would someone please help me locate the valve to the volcano? All I can remember is going to the statue and making that long flight across. I died a few times but finally timed it so I caught the ledge at the other side and climbed up, I think. The jump looks impossible to do but I made it after a few tries and couldn`t believe that I did. You get past there and it should be relatively smooth sailing for a little while anyway.
