drink lots of water
suck on hard candy
half of meal at one meal, half at another
throw away food (it's okay to do this)
diet cola (diet coke, diet pepsi, and so on)
take the stairs
walk around every hour for five minutes
subtract your exercise from your calorie intake
do not eat at the computer
do not eat others food
keep a journal
track your progress
get a buddy
make your own ana web site
visit other web sites
no food in the car
no food in your stomach
if you eat too much one day, eat a lot less the next
