Hollywood Diet
Basically fruit juice with vitamins. You sip it throughout the day with water. 400 calories per day. (Personal note: tastes awlful and you pee a lot). They suggest using it as a purification diet, so you only have the juice and water and nothing else.

Fruit Juice Diet
Choose a calorie amount you can live with. Pick a variety of fruit juices (better yet make your own). Drink throughout the day.

2-4-6-8 Diet
Day one 200 calories of anything you want. Day two 400 calories of anything you want. Day three 600 calories of anything you want. Day four 800 calories of anything you want. The variety in calories is suppose to stimulate your metabolism so it doesn’t slow down. After the 800 calorie day, you can do whatever you want. Some go up to 1000 and on. Others fast. Others start over again. Others try a different diet.

1000 and Going Down Diet
This is good if you’re not use to having a low amount of calories. Day one 1000 calories. Day two 900 calories. And so on lowering 100 calories per day until you are at your limit (which may even be zero). Start over.

Slim Fast Diet
240 calories of sugar, vitamins, carbs and chocolate or vanilla or strawberry flavor. The drinks can be used if you want to get use to not actually eating (chewing) a meal. The meal-on-the-go bars are fine if you want a low fat candy bar. Can be used for high calorie days. Can be split up. You need to shake the prepared (canned) drinks very well and they need to be very cold to taste good. Chocolate milk and vitamins can replace the shakes. Three musketeers and vitamins can replace the bars.

90/10 Diet
Take 10 percent of your calories and use it as pure junk. This is helpful if you want sugar or candy or some sort of junk food. You can eat junk everyday on this diet.

Water Diet
Drink 10 ounces of water before each meal. Drink 10 ounces after each meal. Drink 10 ounces for a morning snack, afternoon snack, after dinner snack. This is suppose to fill you up so you don’t eat as much (make sure to have a bathroom near by).

100 Calories Every Hour
Eat 100 calories every hour of the day. Since you’ll probably be up more then you want to actually eat, you can separate that into every other hour or something similar, depending on the amount of calories you want or need. Refer to a calorie counting book to find things that are under 100 calories or divide up your meals.

Jell-o Diet
Have sugar free jell-o with every meal. At least 40 calories worth. This is suppose to fill you up so you don’t eat as much.

Half of a Meal
If you’re use to preparing big meals or large snacks, throw half of it away (or save for another time). This works great with treats, too.

Big Breakfast
Eat a big breakfast, especially if you’re active. You’ll burn off the calories for that meal. The rest of the meals go down in size, dinner being the smallest.

Just a Taste
Only take a few bites of something. You do this with something you don’t like before giving up on it, so do it with things you like. Just a few spoons of ice cream is all you need to be satisfied and know it tastes good.

Fruit Only Diet
Eat only fruit. It’s called Fruitarian (or something similar). They eat only fruit. Try to see how many different types of fruit you can eat during the day (to keep it from getting boring).

Veggie Diet
Eat fruits and veggies, but mostly veggies. There are vegetarian cookbooks to keep you happy.

One Type Of Food Diet
Eat only one type of food during the day. You can eat anything you want (even cookies). This is suppose to get you bored of that food and not eat.
