But after the crucifixion of Jesus by the Romans the whole thing got garbled and misunderstood because some members of the "Kingdom of God" insisted on adding some parts of the then in that region prevailing other religions, mythologies and belief systems to the teachings, not only considerably diluting Jesus' teachings, but building a quite different new religion that Jesus would have rejected. Don't blame Jesus for the misdeeds of people now claiming to "follow" Jesus' garbled teachings.
