Subject: NEED HELP REACHING TONI OVERBY!!!!

For those of you that don't know Taylor has spina bifida, and we were planning on shooting with Toni Overby on the 15th in AIKEN In good faith I sent our deposit in on 9/27/02. But since then Taylor has had some medical issues as described in an email I sent Tammy Parker on 10/4/02.
We were supposed to shoot with her at 8 PM tonight but I called Tammy this morning, she said that they couldn't shoot Taylor that Toni had to leave early. I have a son that needs to be picked up from school and a doctors consult this PM. Which makes it impossible to shoot before Toni leaves?
My whole problem is that I had informed Tammy of this problem on Oct 4th, and luckily I have all the emails to & from b/w the 2 of us! She stated that she had mailed the deposit to Toni already, then I found out Toni does not receive the deposits. I didn't want to short Tammy or Toni a roll, so this is why i IMMEDIATELY let her know. I even found someone to fill my slot and Tammy refused to use the deposit for her. I did talk with Toni and she was very understanding to Taylor's condition & said to book me last apt on wed, but now they have cx that & I'm not receiving my deposit back. Toni said we could apply it to another shoot, but she & I are both not sure when this can be done, especially with the possibility of spinal sx on Taylor. We as most of you know are on a VERY tight budget and I feel as I am being taken advantage of. We were not happy with Taylor's last shoot with Toni, Toni and I discussed that, that is why I was shooting with her again, because I know her talent and wanted to try to get awesome PICS like form the 1st shoot again. but Taylor's health comes 1st.
I am at a lose here, I tried calling Tammy parker back and I was hung up on. Why a coordinator or human would do this to me is beyond me! We have been to 2 other shoots with Toni and have never had a problem. My friends have tried to help me fill my slot but were told no! I have enough on my worrying about Taylor. Does anyone have Tonis cell # that I can reach her at, it is apparent that Tammy wont let me talk with Toni. I know that Tammy did not have enough rolls for Toni and that she emailed a friend of mine just yesterday letting her know she had slots oopend. I d appreciate any help form anyone if you can help, I don't know what to do to reach Toni. And I and sure if Toni knew that Tammy hung up on me she would be upset. It is very hurtful for her business to have such a coordinator. IM positive that Toni will make this right and send the deposit back, considering the circumstances.
