I got it a year ago as I was focusing on the image of 'throwing' the clubhead into the ball. I got great contact power and control along with lots of pain, swelling... I now know why major league pitchers put their elbows in ice after a game. I've read this is a 'tendonitis' type of injury so other than ultra sound treatments you would get as a college/proefessional athlete, I know of nothing but rest and a change in your motion.

The other stuff I'm sure you know (aspirin/ice/rest).

Unfortunately di-methyl glycine does not work for this (or at least it didn't for me).
