I am convinced that Moe's move is not what you and I have described, in the past. We are close, collectively, but we haven't got it.

Nor, do I think most of the CIs have it.

Here is what I currently think. I do think it is an underhanded throw. I do think that there is a drop down at the start of the swing, but I don't think it is executed the way you do it, the traditional manner.

Currently, I believe the following: The right elbow is drawn straight back, along the side, but after reviewing the videos I notice that thee is actually an angle from the elbow to the hand, i.e., the hand is closer to the shaft than the elbow. This is what allows the elbow and hands to drop almost straight down, with that right elbow in front of the hip, and, then, the underhanded move occurs.

I am convinced that that right elbow, being pulled back, properly sets the right hand for the underhanded throw, and the drop of the whole unit downwards.

I don't know if you can possibly understand this from words, but I will be working on this, for the rest of the week. Let me know what you think./

Remington
