I don't understand this part.

I do think it's an underhand throw. However if I think 'throw' it hurts. I think I've found a different methodology ('levering') that for me gives the same motion with much less pain.

The big thing for me has been how to get to pre-impact maintaining the angles. Moe (and others) may feel they do something different in the move down. Three things that led me to a body (vs. arm move) were:

o Moe's lateral shift/lunge which was noted in the LTOBG tape as a 'short but powerful' move. In 'Pipeline Moe' Moe mentions that he drives this move harder to hit further (and demonstrates a deeper 'lunge').

o "The Physics of Golf" that when analyzing muscle power noted that a golf ball could not be hit as far as it is unless muscles other than the arms and shoulders were directly involved.

o Looking at Moe videos and focusing on the move from top of backswing to pre-impact. If you take a look again at the front view Here at Golf Biolinks and just alternate frames between top and move down you will see what I mean. between the two the left knee flexes, the hips move toward target, the shoulders rotate to face the ball and the torso bends back (or perhaps stays in place vs. the hip shift).

This is the move I tried to emulate. For Chaz it was a 'bump' of the hips. For me it a bending.

Take a look at Bio-links and let me know what you think after looking at those frames.
