I have found that breathing out slowly on my backswing makes me less anxious and able to control my backswing speed and length. This is a yoga relaxation technique that works great for many sports and physical activities. Worth a try - let me know how it goes for you.

BTW I would like to tap your experience with SA. If you have any of those tips or exercises you care to share with a newcomer to SA, please pass them on. Like yourself, I too am a hacker, but I do believe that experience can make us great armchair quarterbacks. I could sure use your 1 day lesson :-) tks in advance for anthing you may send me.
