What I think Remington is getting at is that NG Corp. doesn't work their customer "Base". Just sending someone a magazine now and then isn't very good marketing strategy. It seems as though they are just a volume company like the "Bait and switch companies" not caring who they sell to, just as long as they make a sell. After awhile it will reach out and bite you, if you know what I mean.
