There is a disclaimer on the Scigolf order page as well. No refund on custom fitted clubs. The other products do have such a warranty, training devices, & instruction material. However, both single axis systems (IMA & LPG) on the site state that their system does not require "special" clubs, just that they have a better idea on how to build clubs. I just checked a couple other sites, notably "The Golf Warehouse" states that to return anything it must be in "new and unsued" condition, hightlighted I might add. And no refund on custom orders. On Golfsmith I didn't see an obvious link to their policy, but someone on this forum should be able to tell us if they have had any experience with G.smith's policy.

I think the return policy of INNOVATIONGOLF seems fairly common, although I do believe that the industry as a whole just can't be bothered to take back clubs that have been custom fitted. I don't know enough about the possibility of "re-fitting" clubs but I am sure that such clubs would be tough to market. NG's policy is made a bit easier by the exclusivity of their distribution, as much as the initial price.
