In most cases the NG clubs are very individualized. They are custom fit golf clubs. What do you think they do with the clubs if someone returns them? They can't sell them as new clubs. I wonder what they do with them. I think that their policy is somewhat rare in the golf industry, but I also think that is the way it should be. Try them and if you like the clubs then keep them, if not get your money back. I wish every company did that.
