I'm certain the british would have labelled the Boston Tea Party an act of terrorism had the word been in existence. Some might label our bombings terrorism.

I actually supported the war early on. I don't support many wars. But what ever happened to "Bin Laden, Dead or Alive?" And as the warlords we installed begin to shoot at each other, is Iraq a distraction?

The flag waving scares me. The near universal of backing of a president also scares me. A democracy thrives on dissent, and we are lacking in that. People say they fly flags out of pride, not for war, but when do you see them come out? During war and holidays celebrating war. Not when we reach the moon. Not when we find a cure for a major disease. Not even when our hockey team pulls a miracle upset. When we are at war, we fly the flags.
