And, I bet everyone in the entire world believes that, "If everyone thought like me, or believed everything I believed then the world would be a much better place."

Those who think it know that pushing a one-sided way of life, and telling everyone that is the only way, is considered bigotry.

Sure, even hippies were for peace and love.

"Hey, man. You can't listen to Jimi Hendrix without some LSD.."

But, in your religion, there would be no room for expression. All the Christian and Jesus values in the world didn't stop the Crusades. You gotta give people room for creative thinking instead of destructive thinking. And everything has a balance. Human nature teeters on both ends. If you're too much of an anarchist, next thing you know you're out buying BMWs and working for the corporations you used to hate.

You remember the woman who drowned her kids? Her dad was in the Christian coalition, and their was even reports that she had been molested by him.

What does that COMMERCIAL trial tell us?

Ad says; "Are YOU too good?

Are you tired of being a Christian?

Well, don't give up being a Christian!

Get sick and twisted!

For just an hour a day, you could molest your children, and you can keep a happy balance of sick-and-twisted mixed with good-and-holy!
"

No!

You can't be all good and holy, and strive for that perfection everyday. It'll have you flying off into some sickness, that even turns my stomach. It kinda bothers me to hear about cases like the one I mentioned above, but then, all the religious fundamentalists don't seem to care, and they want to continue down that same road. And anyone who doesn't follow is going to hell.

That scares me.

And, fundamentalism of any kind is dangerous anyways. Being too much of an anarchist, or too right winged or left winged.

It seems to almost never work. Or those values are pushed until everyone is against everyone. And that's done a great job on seperating us even more and more. Instead of taking those values we have and putting them to good use, we fight each other.

Christians here are bent on censoring everything. They're bent on taking freedom away and then selling it back to us by God, Incorporated. And they do this in the sickest and most twisted ways.

Joseph Levermen said (when he was on that Christian show called the 700 Club) "the constitution says, we have freedom of religion, but it doesn't say we have freedom from religion."

That's extremely scary.

You wanna end up like some other country where they're taught and brainwashed every day by their own (used to be somewhat decent) religion?

I don't.

People are gonna be who they are with or without religion, it just depends on how we educate them. And, in this day and age (I'm sorry) but religion is making less and less sense to a lot of people. So, that means they'd have to be forced into believing the way you do.

And that would just get ugly.

I don't really mind people having spiritual values (although, I enjoy debating them), I think they have no right to push those beliefs on anyone else who doesn't want to hear them.
