The Crusades and other such attrocities happened because of man ignoring Gods laws and principles and have nothing to do with true christianity whatsoever.
Neither does anyone who molests children in any form,so you might as well say"All the christian values in the world didnt stop the earthquake in Peru."Cos that had nothing to
do with christianity either,its a mute point.
The thing is this is not about what I want or what I wanna do,its about God and his purposes for the earth,it doesnt matter what I,you or anyone else wants-the new world that God has promised will come and personally I would like to be part of it and having this knowledge has given me an obligation to try and tell others about Gods wonderous promises whether anyone listens or not,the choice is yours.
Oh and True Christianity is Fundamentalist! If we dont keep strictly to Gods word and laws thats when problems like you mentioned occur because you can justify anything you like by saying "Gods law doesnt apply today,its outdated."
