It is because it has be engrained into our minds as lame as an excuse that may be. Back in the day it just wasn't right leaving your man especially if you had children together...you were to stick it out at all costs. The stigma of being a single women is fading and one doesn't have to fear being ostracized from the community. There is is simply more support.

I have always believed that if the relationship wasn't fostering a good reflection of love and respect how would the children ever learn what it truly means. Two people can raise a child without living in the same house. I think if parents are a consisent positive force in their childs life in these situations that there is very few problems for the children...its when people get stupid and use the children as pawns that it gets messy.

It was a fun day just busy.
