I am looking for a Jessica Bowers aka Kathy Bowers (married name). She was previously married to a Frank Bowers (now divorced). Jesse was at Ramstein AB, Germany in 1977-79. She may be re-married and may have moved to Arizona. She had two daughters, Pam and Dee Dee. Would like to know how she is doing. She also drove a taxi in Baltimore (Gutsy lady). If you have any info, would sure appreciate it. Last contact was in 1980.
