CURVES is saving my life. I've been a member of CURVES, in Crownsville, MD since April 11, 2006. I've found CURVES to be one of the best health program that works for my needs. Within a few short weeks, I've always seem a great improvement in my well being, attitude, and health.
I've felt better than I have in a long time. Having had knee surgery three years ago, I was limited to some of the things I could do to exercise, so depression set in and I gained quite a bit of weight. Well, I'm proud to say, I've lost 2lbs already and on my way to lose more. CURVES has encouraged me and there are no diets, unless you decide to place yourself on one. I have cut back on my eating habits and have found I'm less hungry and more active than I've been in a long time.
My CURVES Center in Crownsville has made it fun and enjoyable with games to play for challenging gifts. I've already won a free CURVES T-shirt. You know which one I chose? I LOVE MY CURVES!!! Whenever I wear it, it encourages me to continue taking care of ME!!!
