First, Marnie, is it Bellingrath Gardens that are in your area? When we were in Washington, we tried to take a side trip to see them but it didn't work out. Have always wanted to visit there.

Secondly, Cajun Mama, I would love to go to Banff, Lake Louise. Saw a travel mag once that said there's a man who goes out at dawn every morning to play Amazing Grace, I believe, on the bagpipes. It's the largest hotel there -- used to be about $250/night. Figured I'd splurge and spend one night there or camp out in their parking lot. :) Maybe some day. Hope your family enjoys it thoroughly and you tell us about it.
