Rabaul is my favourite spot in PNG.

Nothing better after a hard day's work, than to sit on the harbour wall, with a cold beer in hand. Simpson's Harbour must be the best harbour in the world. No wonder the Germans made Rabaul their capitol city. Where else, can ocean going ships come in to within 15 yards of the shore?

The volcanoes add to the appeal. It was in Rabaul in the eighties, that I experienced my first earthquake. An amazing experience. The mountains, the jungle, the volcanoes, the Tolai people, make ENB an unforgettable place.
