This guy is your worst nightmare. If he had capability to launch his weapons at us, he would have already. He has many psychological issues. He WILL do anything to kill those that jeopardize his power. All the husbands of his daughters - They're all dead because he felt they were a threat to his power. As well as some of his sons. This guy is bad to the bone. You have no idea what you're saying when you compare the US to him on the subject of human rights violations.
Ooo...biowarfare. One of my favorite subjects. What is he the scapegoat? Because anyone with any brain on the matter knows that this guy has the materials to wipe out half the globe if not all with the stuff he's got stockpiled in Iraq. VX, Smallpox, VEE, Anthrax (though it's child's play), Marbug, Ebola....this guy's got it all. I could drone on and on about it...but I'd rather get some sleep tonight. The reason why we target him, he's the only one of those nations that would launch at the slightest provocation and is the nearest in having the capability to deliver these WMD. You weren't clear on the bioweapons being used on own people? Confused me a bit, please clarify. I'll get more into biowarfare later if you want...
As for Saddam, let me sum this up. He's psychotic. He won't hesitate to kill those that jeopardize his reign. He'll have abilities to spread his WMD soon. Hence, he will probably use them. Why not stop a cancer before it starts or at least contain it. We want him because he is a threat, check his psychological profile. And no, they are way behind in technologies than us. I'll explain another time if you want me to. And we did NOT create Saddam...helped him along at some point...yes...created him...NO!
