She pulled away from him, wanting everything to be over. "You can't help me!" She dug at the cement with her nails, pain wrenching through her body. It didn't hurt nearly as much as the pain in her soul. "Your just like everyone else....laughing, tauning, mocking." Who was she speaking to? She couldn't possibly be speaking about Jarod. He had never laughed or taunted or mocked her. 'There's a knife in your bag....leave this drip and slash those pretty little wrists of yours. It'll all be over in a matter of hours.' "Shut up!" She screamed, rocking herself back and forth, terror clutching her body. Then her gaze lifted, and soft and almost a whisper. "Help me....I don't know what----Go away!" She screamed in anguish at the voices within. "Oh god what's happening..." She was so scared....so alone.....
