This will undoubtedly become outdated before too long, but
I will offer the current word as of early January, 2004.

The VSQL development team (which I assist but am not a
participating member) encourages ALL VSQL users to delay
the upgrade to VASSALv1.3. There are a number of issues
with regard to compatability that the team is working on.

When upgrading isd recommended there will be an announcement
posted to the SL Mailing List and I will also recommend that
the Development Team post a note here on this forum.

In the meantime, enjoy SL with VASSALv1.2.3 and VSQL!
