Ok, I'll bite -

How about 3 squads in J4? 12+1 or 6+1 to the row 1/2 woods. They can get there turn 2 (right?) without leadership movement bonus. Leaves 8 squads and the leader for exit. Forces the Germans to move a little slower to get into position interdict J exit.

My 2 cents.
