To all creative directors---

Putting things in perspective. An actual production
schedule to follow next week. Need your availability
dates by Tuesday night (2/26), if not already given.
Also, please reply to this email to let me know that
this went through okay. If there are any questions,
please let myself or Sarah Chianese know. Looking

1975: The Undergound Epic

Abstract:

Spoken word poetry in literary form, brought to life
by a collaborative effort, integrating music, song,
dance, film imagery, lighting, set design and, of
course, the spoken word. Together this becomes a
multi-sensory experience and manifests Aqiyl Thomas'
vision - 1975: The Underground EPIC, in a LIVE format.

The creative process(Phase I)- the short list:

Sound:
The Words
The words on tape
The musical vibe on tape
The vocals (lyrical)on tape

Movement:
The dance vibe planned on paper (per script & sound
tape)
The dance vibe staged
The script blocked for stage movement (incorporating
actors/dancers/singers/musicians)

Sight:
Set designed
Model set built
Lighting designed
Imagery storyboarded
Model set tested w/lights/visuals
Improvisational imagery denoted (plotted as to
where/when)on script
