Arnold has been involved in artistic and technical capacities in various mediums. He holds a B.A. in Communications from SUNY New Paltz, with a concentration in radio/television production. Arnold was the Program Director and Production Director of WFNP, 88.7FM radio. He has hosted and produced radio music shows, produced radio/news documentaries, PSAs, talk shows and radio theatre. For WNPC TV, Arnold has written and produced comedy programs, shorts and music videos. Arnold was the production assistant on an independent documentary film and is currently the Associate Producer of Creative Retaliation, a documentary based on the artist's response to 9/11, by Jennifer Lucene and Heather Denton.

Currently, Arnold serves on the Board of PassionPlace Productions and is the company's Managing Director.

His management experience has been manifested in the non-artistic world as well, entailing being a Project Manager, Corporate Trainer, Implementation Coordinator and Systems Analyst. He brings these talents to PassionPlace's management team to bring PassionPlace to the forefront.

Arnold has been drawn to PassionPlace because of its committment to integrated arts and is dedicated to helping PassionPlace deliver its mission in getting other's visions recognized and realized. He will continue to create and produce special events within this artistic artbed.
