REHEARSAL SCHEDULE: Dir, SM & ASM to attend ALL rehearsals FRIDAY MAY 24th FULL MOON ALTERNATIVE MTN RESORT 9am-3pm Attending: Aqiyl, Julie, Musicians & Dancers SAT MAY 25th FULL MOON 11am-3pm Aqiyl, Musicians, Dancers, Julie ***9pm-THE WAZ PLAYS AT FULL MOON!!!! Come tent & dance with us. We don't get discount on rooms, but only $20 to tent & dance if u want to bring a tent & stay over! Can use the facilities-shower, etc...in the morning!) SUN - OFF MON NIGHT 7pm rehearsal Aqiyl, Musicians, Julie, Dancers, Carl TUE NIGHT 7pm rehearsal Aqiyl, Musicians, Julie, Dancers, Carl (Lights, Set, etc. brought up via truck to HV) WEDNESDAY MAY 29th!!! FULL TECH DAY/RUN-THROUGH/DRESS Load in at Bearsville in am - build - Kantor to advise when ready for sound check, light cue-to-cue, visual imagery cue to cue, etc. 6pm call for ALL in show (including all musicians, lights, sound, follow-spot, imagery dept, filmographers, dancers, performers, etc....!) Will need to build chair/dismantle chair for intermission Sound Sculpture as well! 7pm run through (with stops) (Wed will be a late night...please be prepared! We'll have lots of coffee, don't worry!) THURSDAY MAY 30th - continue tech/fix glitches, etc. 6pm call 7pm run through - NO STOPS! notes at 9pm End of rehearsal schedule...please check performance schedule...
