Hi, Rebecca!
It was wonderful to speak with you about a possible internship with PassionPlace! Are you interested in a summer internship only, or would you like to start sooner? Maybe we can work out something creative with your department advisor where we can combine the balance of this semester with a summer internship and you could obtain extra credits? Just a thought...
We'll have plenty of internship opportunities for the summer. At present, we have a HUGE production going on and could use you as an intern immediately, should we meet and find it beneficial to all.
Meanwhile, I'm going to throw some questions your way, and you can feel free to call anytime to schedule an interview. I would also need to speak with whomever is coordinating the internship at Bard, to discuss logisitics and get the paperwork trail started.
Okay:
What artistic or administrative areas you are interested in specifically? In other words, are you a grants writer, community outreach coordinator, promotions/publicity person, technician (lights, sound, set design, etc.) or an actor, musician, dancer, writer, fine artist, filmographer, etc...?
From your resume, it seems you could fit into a few areas - so it shouldn't be difficult to find something you'd thoroughly enjoy doing, while gaining credits towards your degree!
So, here are a few questions that you can answer in the meanwhile, and we'll hopefully be able to place you in a wonderful internship based on where your talents/interests lie:

Are you interested in an internship to obtain credits, solely, or are you sincerely interested in an internship with PassionPlace because of our company and what we stand for (you can tell us the truth, honest!)
Do you have special skills (clerical, computer, graphic design, web,
promotions, communications; or on a more technical or artistic level,
lighting design, film, music, fine arts, theatre, dance, writing, sound, etc...)?
When are you looking to intern (be as specific in dates as possible)?
For how long?
Do you have any relatives/friends in the Hudson Valley, NY area that you can stay with?
If not, is your school capable of paying for your living accommodations? (We can assist in locating the right place for you. We are also securing a PassionPlace house for up to six interns, in the event you care to rent a room there.)
Will you be conducting distance learning for other credit-based classes while interning with us?
Write a brief explanation of why you want to intern with us.
Please provide at least three (3) references (no family - unless you worked for them, and please, no best friends.) Preferably, use teachers/supervisors or others you have worked for or have learned extensively from.
Can you come to the Rosendale area for an interview? If so, when? (If you are on Spring Break this coming week, we are setting up some internship interviews this coming Tuesday, April 2nd, in Kingston, NY, should you be able to make that date.)
