A point that I would like clarified is this...When are last years AGM Minutes being sent out to the members?
All we have received so far is the proposal forms which should have been accompanied by a full copy of the AGM Minutes of last years meeting. Having the minutes from last year is especially important to new members of the club so that they can have an idea of what was decided etc.
Normally the above mentioned paperwork is sent out together and giving people good time to digest and recap on last years AGM meeting therefor being able to decide from this what their proposals might be!
Could an indication be given as to when the missing paperwork will be sent out to the members please? Time is passing by and we will all run out of time.
