All Of What Used To Be

It can be so frustrating
I was feeling fraught
So anxious and tense
Writing came to nought

I look out the window
To a bright sunny day
So why all this blank
Finding nothing to say

Thoughts ticking over
Mind here and there
I view my old poetry
Some in need of repair

The persistant block
Is not very amusing
Heart wants to write
My mind kept refusing

Head from the clouds
Came back to reality
So much was written
All of what used to be
