 SPRING

Sweet smell of honeysuckle
On a cool spring day.
Bees buzz on flowers as
A horse chews his hay.
Wind breezes through your hair
Feeling free as you can be.
Birds serenade a symphony,
Speaking poetry clearly.
Going walking in fields is him and me.
Oh how wonderful a spring day can be!

Spring time blooms
with beautiful flowers...
daisies and daffodils every hour.
Pinks and yellows, purples and blues,
a brilliant masquerade of colorful hues.

Spring flowers blossom
Painting watercolor dreams
From tulips to mums
In bumblebee paradise
Beneath fluffy skies of blue

Essence of nature
Pure elegance is her name
Butterfly is she
Painting rainbows in the air
With each flutter of her wings

Hummingbird drinks

From

Honeysuckle

In

Lazy spring meadow

Where

Cool spring breeze

Blows

Rainbow masquerade

Of colors

Sporadically scattered

As

Butterfly lands.
