I cannot give you stars
Nor the moon above
I can give you poems
All versed with my love

I cannot give a fortune
All that money brings
I can share you love
Along with simple things

I can only do my best
Give the helping hand
Be patient and caring
My heart to understand

I can paint with words
Sharing you my view
Across sparkling sea
