Cat’s eye reflects porcelain verve’s glitter
beyond our acumen, above our views,
stars live to tell the tale, a way to conjure.
Echoes reach to come and go in night,
Nile bound winks berseem laid green watery light,
that flows past split and silky lingua,
fruit’s passion moving on inescapable.
Nile’s trickled water drips this leaf’s vein,
rock dead and the dust pearled faith darkens milk-eye
light on earth. Living verse brings her back,
piece by piece splendor speckles brown eye’s luster,
big with poems wings begin to stir paths,
dazed stars choke rise and fall back rising again.
They shine with their secret lives and gleam.
