Was listening to WDFN on the way home from work last night and the pregame of the Duke/GT game had Coach K talking about how at the beginning of each year, the coaches and players discuss how five (5) possessions in any given year can mean the difference between a good season and a great season. I thought about this in the context of Detroit's season and the three closes losses (1 point and two 3 point losses) and the loss at the buzzer to WSU. Those games were all winnable, and three of the losses were to teams ahead of us in the standings. Turn those into close wins and Detroit is contending for the Conference Championship, approaching a 20 win season, and probably has an RPI below 100.

So to answer the question, no I would not feel guilty!
