"Think about this, even if the Titans had three more
chances (total of five foul shots), they would of had
an opportunity for a tie."

Let me preface my reply by saying the team on the floor must overcome any adversity thrown their way to win, and the Titans should have rebounded the ball better and not taken as many jump shots as they did, BUT (and these "what might have been" analyses are always more complicated than they seem), if the Titans had the opportunity to make ONE more free throw the game could conceivably have gone to overtime, and TWO more free throws could have meant a Titans victory because Willie's last three would have tied the game or won it because the final two Butler points were scored on free throws with .1 seconds left after a clock-stopping foul. The preponderance of the evidence suggests the referees decided this game. And any Butler or UWM fan who thinks otherwise better sit and think what they would say were they on the low side of a 19-2 free throw differential in the most important game of the season before telling us what to think of this travesty.
