Nice analysis KB. I agree with everything you said except about the refs.

I'm sorry, but I just can't buy the foul shot discrepency. Perry is not one to criticize the officials, but this time he did--and rightly so!

Why is it that the poor officiating was mentioned in the Free Press yesterday and again in the News today (by Jim Spadafore of all people--he hates the Titans!).

For further proof, go to the UIC and Loyola boards. These people are ticked! I truly believe that there is something wrong here and to that end there is a group of us composing a letter to the NCAA. Schools are being investigated, athletes are being reviewed and reprimanded--what about the league refs and officials? Are they immune from scrutiny. I think someone needs to investigate.

Think about this, even if the Titans had three more chances (total of five foul shots), they would of had an opportunity for a tie. The "strange" calls in both the Detroit-Butler and the UIC-UWM games are to coincidental.
