The foal scrambled to organize his impossibly long legs, freeing himself from the mare. A tiny white muzzle reached out to touch his mother's, large blue eyes blinking uncertainly in the bright light. New and wet as the morning dew, the colt lay where he was for several long minutes, exhausted. He rested himself, waiting patiently as his mother's warm tongue ran over his fuzzy coat, drying him off. Finally, hunger knawing at his belly, the colt attempted to rise to his feet. First one spindly leg, then the other, was placed before him. The cremello brought his back legs underneath himself, straining with muscles never used before to push off of the ground. Looking more than a little awkward, with fores far in front of his nose and rump only a few inches off the ground, the little one swayed back and forth for a few moments before collapsing into a heap on the ground. Miffed but undaunted, he tried again, bringing his forelegs underneath himself and pushing off with his backlegs. This time his rump rose into the air entirely, rear legs stretched to max like stilts. Slowly, the near pure white foal placed one forehoof firmly on the ground -- and promptly toppled over. Finding himself quite tired, the little fellow rested for several minutes, curling his long legs up beneath himself to conserve heat. After awhile he found his strength once more and resumed his efforts. After much straining and several frustrated foalish squeaks, the colt found himself upright, on all fours. He swayed unsteadily, each hoof placed at an odd angle from his uncoordinated attempt. Raising his small head curiously, the little horse found himself gazing up at a mare. She was however, not the same one he had met earlier. Suddendly fearful, he swung his head around to search for his mother and found himself, once more, on the ground. A very indignate squeal escaped the colt's lips upon his finding himself again at square one.
Name: White Honour
Age: New Born
Gender: Colt
Breed: Arabian Mix
Coloration: Very light cremello with brilliant blue eyes
Personality: A spunky and curious colt, eager to learn all there is to know about his world. Even tempered and fun to be around, he is an easy-going youth and slow to anger. Extremely impressionable. Anything said or done by those he associates with will be filed away permanently. HeĠs a smart little fellow, quick to learn. Incredibly dedicated to his mother, heĠd do anything to please her. Not the bravest of creatures, he seeks a great deal of support from adults he trusts. He will grow out of his dependency in time, as all young foals do. Friendly and playful, companions are a must for this colt. He knows where his shortcomings are and often brings himself to grief, trying to improve his image in both the eyes of others and himself. With a solid foundation and good friends he will grow and flourish, maturing into a proud young stallion worthy of his name.
Mother: Cremello
Father: Midnight Honour (deceased)
