Thanks. That seems to make sense. It is a Abit KR7A raid motherboard. I really don't know about RAID, but I really don't want to reformat my drive again. I just got my computer like I want it.

I do have partition magic, my only problem was I couldn't get my secondary hard drive(40gig) partitioned to redistribute the free space over to my primary hard drive(15gig). It's like when I partitioned my 40 gig it wouldn't let me send extra space over to my 15 gig.

so it reads like this:
my C: 15 Gb (windows, system files, and program files)
D: 40 Gb (junk, music, downloads, misc stuff)

and I wanted my C to be bigger without having to switch around the connections. I'm probably just missing something with partition magic. But I was just thinking of making a program files folder on my D: drive for like say my games. We all know how much space those games take up. LoL. Thanks.
