He had quite a feeling she'd thought he'd make his exit, and had been happy to find out it was not his attention. "No need for thanks." He called after her, rising from the stool himself. He headed for the men's room, looking quite forward to a cold splash to the face. Emotion and lack of sleep had him feeling high strung, and the day and its trials were just beginning.
