You sound like a six yr old ..Because people are losing there jobs we're supposed to bend over for the state.What's wrong with keeping this contract till the state is in better finances to work with a better contract.ALL THIS ONE IS IS TAKING $ FROM US AND MAYBE IF THE STATE HAS $ IN THERE COFFERS GIVE US a bone..I could be wrong but I think the roll call thing is in there favor not ours..Also the 15 min straight pay is 10 min before shift 5 min after shift meaning no O.T. when they can't find you a relief..
