1) Brown Mixture (First layer-bottom layer)

INGREDIENTS:
2 knox gelatin
1 cup cocoa (ovaltine or milo will work too)
1 evap
1 cup sugar(or less, according to taste)

a) dissolve gelatin in 1 cup of hot water then cool
b) mix cocoa, sugar, evap and gelatin mixture
c) pour in a rectangular or circular plastic/glass container. refrigerate until firm(can be in a freezer).

2) White Mixture (Top Layer)

INGREDIENTS:
1 knox gelatin
1 condensed milk
1 nestle cream(big)

a) dissovle gelatin in 1 cup of hot water and let it cool.
b) mix condensed milk, nestle cream and gelatin mixture.
c) pour white mixture on top of brown mixture
d) refrigerate until firm.

* brown mixture should be firm enough for the white mixture not to mix with it.
* best to prepare a day before the occassion.
* keep refrigerated (or in a freezer) to keep it firm
