NSWIS Blues won the best of three series 2-0.

Friday was a close affair with the Blues home by 33 runs after posting 5/234. The Fire were dismissed in the 49th over for 201. Michelle Goszko (80), Lisa Sthalekar (43) and Belinda Clark (34) lead the way with the bat. Goszko and Sthalekar put on 116 for the 3rd wicket. Emma Liddell was the destroyer with the ball, taking 4/33. Sally Cooper was the Blues only worry, scoring 78no off 63 balls.

The Fire batted first on Saturday but couldn't follow up as they were dismissed for 137. Liddell backed up with 3/25. The Blues passed this total after 34 overs - Clark dominating with 76no.

Liddell was named Player of the Finals for her 7 wickets while Karen Rolton (SA Scorpions) was named Player of the Series.
